Message I'm (Z-1) is dealing with the same issues that you speak of with the Peacemaker. The compression is around 8.75:1 and 20 psi is probably max boost on pump gas.A water injection system is being added now?

Z-1 is playing with the cam gears to try and move the powerband,no dyno to show but car feels much stronger at lower RPM's.More to come on all the above soon.

Another thought kicked around was putting the VTC back on the car but not sure if this would outweigh the benifits of the adjustable cam gears?

Twin Turbo Pete mentions switching between pump/race fuel. Ash has programed a chip via the ZEM which covers different octanes/boosts without any changes being made.

The Peacemaker will never have the powerband of a 2530 equipped car but the 2530 will never put down 800RWHP either. This is the price I pay for going extreme with the build.
A trade I was willing to make.

My opinion is that for street driving 500-600 RWHP is pushing the limits of usable power for any street sitiuation and I,m pleased with the power on pump gas at 18 PSI. If the powerband can be lowered by 500 RPM's I'll be extremly happy with this setup.
